GDPR PRIVACY NOTICE

At Simple Group we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients and other visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that Simple Group is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that. In this Privacy Policy we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. Types of Data We Collect

Google Analytics

At Simple Group, when someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to various parts of the site. This information is anonymised and is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Website Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer or device when you visit a website. Cookies are used by all websites, and have several different functions.

Mailing Lists

We collect personal information using our Website Contact Pro-forma. We use this information for a couple of reasons: to give you the information that you have requested, to contact you if we need to provide or obtain additional information; to check our records are right and to check that you are happy and satisfied. We do not trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Third Parties

In the course of our business and our contract with you we may share personal information with other organisations. Mainly the information will be comprised of financial, identity and personal information needed to apply for finance with different financial institutions, whether that be a Bank, Building Society or other Lending Institution. Information provided by you is processed and assessed by the lender purely for the purposes of providing finance to you under a specific set of circumstances.

Data Warehousing

At Simple Group we take privacy very seriously which is why we use an IS027001/2, ISO27018/17 and SOC 2 data warehousing solution to store sensitive private and personal information. The storage solution is certified as being compliant with the widely accepted security and privacy standards detailed above.
